- NIC Card Replacement – $20
- RAM Upgrade – $25
- Hard Drive Upgrade (or Replacement) – $45
- Virus Removal – $65 – $150
- Virus removal always starts at $65 and, depending on the complexity of the virus and labor required to remove the infection, the price may increase to $85.
- We will call you for approval if the price were to exceed the $85 before performing further work. If the infection is irreparable, a reload may be required and would cost a total of $150 for the entire procedure.

- Should a reload of the operating system be required, we do offer data backups (not covered by the support plan), the pricing structure is as follows:
- $50 covers the first 5 GB of data
- Each gigabyte (GB) after is $0.25 per GB
- For example, let’s say you have 2 GB of data, it would be a flat $50
- Let’s say you have 80 GB of data, it would be $68.75. $50 for the first 5 GB and $18.75 for the additional 75 GB of data
- Should a reload of the operating system be required, we do offer data backups (not covered by the support plan), the pricing structure is as follows:
- Simple Network Installation – $85
- Includes, but not limited to, configuring wireless router, encrypting wireless connection, connecting computers, connecting tablets, connecting gaming consoles, and basic port forwarding.
- Connecting up to 8 devices is included.
- Additional devices are at $10/ea
- Complex Network Installation – $125
- Configuring more complex port forwarding
- Connecting devices not listed above
- Setting up DLNA
- Configuring printer and/or file sharing.
